Shipping policy

Thank you SO much for being here and supporting my small business! 


Processing Times:

All items listed are one of a kind items, are ready to ship, and are hand made by me. Items will be shipped 7-10 business days *AFTER* your order is placed. I am a one woman show, I make everything! I hand-loom every bead, brand every piece of leather, forge each piece of silver, set every stone, update the website constantly, show up on social media, and hot brand every gift box… and do many more behind the scenes small business things. Life does happen and sometimes it could take a couple extra days to get your orders out. I do try my best to get orders out within 4-5 days though!

Custom order pieces: For the special custom order pieces… please allow 2-3 weeks processing time plus shipping time add on top on that. I will be in detailed communication with you if processing times change or need to be altered in any way.


Shipping:

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code according to the service you purchased.

First Class- delivered within the US in 5-10 business days.

Priority: delivered within 2-3 business days. 


PLEASE NOTE: ~Shipping ~ is all handled by USPS. Once your items leave my hands and are shipped… I do NOT have say or control over how quickly packages may get to you… especially during a high volume season. Please be patient with our carriers as they experience the stresses of a high volume season more than any of us. If I could personally deliver your items too I would, but I’ll leave the art of creating up to me and the art of shipping packages to the USPS.

Please also note that by choosing “Priority shipping” (2-3 day) do NOT affect order processing time. The order processing timeframe still applies to your order. 

I do NOT refund orders or shipping costs due to lack of understanding of the aforementioned policy regarding order processing times or any and all shipping options.

  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info. Please allow for 24-48 hours for your tracking info to become available!


LOST + STOLEN PACKAGES

In the unfortunate event that your package is either lost or stolen in transit - please contact your local Postal Office. USPS will assist in locating + recovering or refunding you for the lost package. I ship all orders with FULL insurance included. If your package is lost or stolen then you are free to open up a claim with you local USPS. You will then follow the steps according to USPS claim process.
